Please provide these 3 items to help us assess your space:

  • Floor Plan Sketch — A hand-drawn layout of your home (doesn't have to be perfect)
  • The "Commanding" Photo — A photo of your Bed and Work Desk taken from the doorway of each room
  • The View — A photo of what you see when you look out your Front Door

Optional — you're welcome to send floor plans and photos to Xixi directly after your booking is confirmed.

Final pricing may be adjusted based on your property's specific details. A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be confirmed after your initial consultation.
