XIXI Metaphysics provides consultation services based on Traditional Chinese philosophical frameworks, including Birth Chart analysis, Decision Clarity sessions, Corporate Philosophy talks, and Home Harmony assessments.

Important: All services are offered for entertainment, educational, and personal guidance purposes only. Our consultations are based on cultural and philosophical traditions and should not be considered as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from our services. The insights and guidance provided are perspectives for self-reflection and personal consideration. Any decisions you make based on our consultations are entirely your own responsibility.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services:

• Digital Reports: Once a consultation report has been delivered, no refunds will be issued as the service has been completed.
• Live Sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward future services. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Deposits: Deposits for services (such as Home Harmony Assessments) are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total service fee.

If you have concerns about a service you received, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to address your concerns.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking consultations
• Use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not redistribute, resell, or share consultation materials without permission
• Treat all communications with respect and professionalism
• Understand that you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on our consultations

All content, materials, and reports provided through our services are the intellectual property of XIXI Metaphysics. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
